Ken Barth is Catalogic’s Chief Executive Officer. Ken has over 20 years of management leadership experience in the technology industry. The Founder of TekTools, Inc, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company from November 1997 until January 2010. During his tenure, the company developed and brought to market the KAWA and Profiler products. KAWA, a Java Integrated Development Environment, garnered more than 50,000 users worldwide before the product and the development team was acquired by the Allaire Corp. (NASDAQ: ALLR) in November of 2000. Profiler, an IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting suite, grew to well over 1,000 customers prior to its acquisition by Solarwinds in January 2010. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997 he was a founding shareholder and helped to build Micromuse, Inc from a U.S. startup to a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: MUSE).

James has over twenty years of experience as an investor in private and public companies. He is a partner in Windcrest Partners and from 2002 through 2008, he was a partner at Windcrest Discovery Investments where he focused on technology and business services investment. James was an early investor in a number of infrastructure software and business application companies including GoodData, SmartRecruiters, Wyng, Systinet (acquired by HP), TransactTools (acquired by NYSE) Netbeans (acquired by Sun Microsystems). James is a graduate of Harvard University.

Pawel Staniec

As Chief Technology Officer of Catalogic Software, Pawel’s key responsibilities include product architecture and management for DPX. This involves a contribution to driving technology and architectural decisions, as well as shaping the future technology landscape for the product. He joined Catalogic in 2018 to help create and manage its Polish subsidiary, Catalogic Polska Sp. z o.o., which now boasts a substantial and growing team of skilled developers. With 20 years of experience in IT, Pawel’s background lies in IT Administration, Information Security and Systems Architecture. Pawel graduated from The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, and holds an Engineering Degree in Project Management. Before joining Catalogic, he worked for CitiBank for over 13 years, as a Solutions Architect VP and a DevOps Lead.

Raghuram Devarakonda

Raghuram Devarakonda is Chief Software Architect (CSA) of Catalogic Software and development lead for CloudCasa product, Catalogic’s SaaS and On-Prem solution to protect Kubernetes cloud native workloads. Raghu is passionate about technology and takes great pleasure in building projects from ground up. He also likes to evangelize good development practices by blogging and by giving technical talks. Before CloudCasa, Raghu has designed and implemented several backup and storage related features in Catalogic’s other backup products. Raghu has been with Catalogic since its inception in 2013.

Michael Feygin

Michael joined Syncsort as a support engineer for its legacy mainframe product. Over the years Michael witnessed the rapid growth of IT industry, from assembly language to Python, from DASD to networked storage, from siloed datacenters to the Cloud. And as Catalogic Software grew out of Syncsort, Michael grew from an Associate Software Engineer to a Senior Manager. Regardless of Michael’s position or the product he is responsible for, customer service has always mattered to him. Michael has discovered that most customers need an attentive ear, timely and informed responses, and solutions to match. Adhering to these principles has allowed Michael to effectively run a highly rated support organization. Besides managing support group, Michael applies vast experience to assist the DPX Product Manager to ensure the success of the new revamped product. Michael holds an EE degree from St. Petersburg State Transport University and MS CS from Brooklyn Polytechnic University (currently New York University).
